How to do the toe touch twist stretch

Instructions for toe touch twist:

Stand with a wide stance and slight bend in your knees.
Keep your back straight, engage your core and lower back, and bend forward while simultaneously rotating your upper body to touch your toe with the opposite hand.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
