How to do the push up hold stretch

Instructions for push up hold:

Start in a push up position with your arms and legs straight and your hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
While keeping your elbows out, slowly lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
Keep your back straight and head facing down and hold the position.
