How to do the air squats stretch

Instructions for air squats:

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes angled slightly outward.
Keep your back straight and heels on the ground and bend your knees until your thighs are parallel with the floor.
Keep your hands behind your head or folded in front of your chest.
