How to do the kneeling psoas stretch

Instructions for kneeling psoas:

Start from a kneeling position with your hands at your sides.
Step forward with one leg so that your foot is flat on the floor and your knee is directly over your ankle.
Raise your opposite arm above your head, reaching up and over your head to deepen the stretch.
