How to do the trunk twist stretch

Instructions for trunk twist:

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees bent, and arms out to your sides.
Rotate your hips, torso, upper body, and shoulders from side to side, squeezing your obliques and abdominals at the end of each rotation.
Keep your arms straight or bent at the elbows.
