How to do the cow face stretch

Instructions for cow face:

From a seated or standing position, straighten your back and bring one arm up toward the ceiling, then bend your arm at the elbow to bring your hand down to the back of your neck.
Lift your opposite arm out to the side, then bend it at the elbow and bring it back in behind your back.
If possible, bring your hands together to clasp your hands behind your back.
