How to do the eagle arm stretch

Instructions for eagle arm:

From a seated or standing position, straighten your back and inhale as you bring both arms straight out in front of you.
Exhale as your cross one arm over the other, so that your top arm is resting on top of your bottom elbow.
Next bring your bottom arm and hand up toward your face, then finally bring your other hand up toward your face as well.
