How to do the bridge leg lift stretch

Instructions for bridge leg lift:

Start lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Lift your hips up off the floor until your knees, hips, and shoulders form a straight line.
Engage your core to draw your abs in toward your spine and slowly raise your right leg up so it's in line with the rest of your body.
Hold the position.
