Instructions for wrist flexion:

Start from a kneeling position with your knees and feet together and the tops of your feet facing the floor.
Place your hands on the floor in front of you so that the back of your hand is flat on the floor with your fingers pointing back toward your knees.
Bring your knees up near your hands and gently sit back on your heels.
