How to do the wall arms stretch

Instructions for wall arms:

Start from a standing position with your feet hip-width apart and your side facing the wall.
While keeping your feet in place, rotate your body to reach back with your arm and place your palm against the wall behind you.
Rotate your body back to facing forward to deepen stretch.
