How to do the frog pose stretch

Instructions for frog pose:

Start on your hands and knees.
Spread your knees apart as wide as possible, pointing your toes outward and opening your feet so they are wider than your knees.
Drop down to your forearms and move your hips back towards your heels to further the stretch.
