How to do the airplane stretch

Instructions for airplane:

Start lying on your stomach with your legs straight back and your arms extended straight out to the sides.
Keeping your head in a neutral position, slowly raise your upper body, arms, and torso off of the ground.
Keep your arms straight out and aligned with your chest and hold the position.
