How to do the ear-to-shoulder stretch

Instructions for ear-to-shoulder:
From a seated or standing position, straighten your back and bring on your arms behind your back, bending it at the elbow if possible.
Using your other arm, gently pull your head to the side to bring your ear down toward your shoulder.
