How to do the hamstring pulls stretch

Instructions for hamstring pulls:

Start from a seated position on the floor with your legs out in front of you.
Loop a belt, strap, or towel around your right foot.
Keeping your left leg flat on the floor, slowly lean back to a lying position, pulling on the strap to bring your right leg up toward the ceiling.
Keep your right leg extended and pull on the strap with both hands to deepen the stretch.
