How to do the arm swings stretch

Instructions for arm swings:

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms out to the sides.
Cross your arms in front of you, then bring them back as far as you can behind you in a continuous motion.
When crossing your arms in front of you, alternate which arm is on top each time.
