How to do the bulldog stretch

Instructions for bulldog:

Start on your hands and knees with your toes on the floor.
Press into the floor to activate your shoulder and chest muscles and engage your glutes and core to lift your knees slightly off the floor.
Keep your in a neutral position and look down at the floor.
Keep your back straight and stomach in and hold the position.
