How to do the wall dog stretch

Instructions for wall dog:

Start facing the wall, feet shoulder width apart, and take a large step back.
Lean forward and place your hands against the wall at shoulder height and shoulder-width apart.
Keeping your hands in place, bend forward at the hips to release your upper body down between your arms.
