How to do the cat cow stretch

Instructions for cat cow:

Starting from all fours, drop your stomach towards the mat while lifting your chin and chest and gazing up toward the ceiling as you inhale.
As you exhale, round your back toward the ceiling, draw your stomach to your spine, and release your head down toward the floor.
